These philanthropic desires put her in the recruitment department for the past 5 years at the Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the matching of donors to recipients for bone marrow transplants. While in this position, Diana dedicated her every waking moment to making the best effort to getting donors thru the extensive laboratory testing as quickly as possible and on to the bone marrow registry in order to give patients on the waiting list the best possible chances of survival.
